Please arrive on time to your appointment.
Arriving over 15 minutes late may result in a late fee or automatic rescheduling.
A deposit is required for your booking. 
This will be deducted from the treatment total.

If you need to reschedule please do so at least 48 hrs
before your appointment.
If not the deposit will be non-refundable and you will be charged 50% of the remaining payment for treatment.

If you have any allergies or have reacted to any products or treatments in the past please inform me when booking.

Lash treatments: Please arrive with clean, makeup free eyes.
Infills should be booked within 3 weeks.
Over 3 weeks will be considered a full set. 

Facial Treatments: I use a selection of gentle yet effective facial products. Avoid facial waxing, retinol & facial peels for at least 2 weeks prior to your facial treatment.

Cosmetic Tattooing: Avoid vitamin A or retinol creams for at least 2 week before tattooing. 
For Lip tattooing if you have ever had a cold sore please advise me when booking as you may need to take anti viral medication 5 days leading up to your appointment & 5 days after to avoid any outbreak. 
Wait 4 weeks before or after lip tattooing to have lip filler.
